The T.L.B.C. is run by an elected body of officials who oversea select committees to organize various tasks around the club. All Executive members serve a one year term, and the Directors a two year term. They are all elected at the September semi A.G.M.
The A.G.M. takes place in April, before the bowling season commences. . The season officially ends in September but may continue, at the discretion of the Greens keeper, for as long as the greens are playable.
