News from the clubhouse kitchen.............

Here is the recipe for those decadent Peanut Butter Cup Cookies that were such a big hit last Monday.
You or your friend requested the www.cooks.com recipe below:--------------------------- REESE PEANUT BUTTER CUP COOKIES
---------------------------
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. peanut butter
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 egg
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 1/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 tsp. baking soda
9 oz. bag Reese peanut butter cups (miniature)
Soften butter; cream with peanut butter; add sugar and brown
sugar, beat in egg and vanilla. Sift flour, baking soda and
salt. Blend to make dough. Roll into balls. Place in
mini-muffin pans.
Bake 12 minutes at 375 degrees. Place Reese peanut butter
cup in center when done. Cool a few minutes. Take out of
pans right side up. Yield: approximately 36.

NOTE: Unwrap Reeses BEFORE starting.
