The T.L.B.C. has a Board of Directors which is elected at the Annual General Meeting of the club in October . Exectuve members (President, Vice-President, Treasurer and Secretary) are elected annually, and the other Directors are elected for a two year term.
A Semi-Annual General Meeting is held in April, before the bowling season commences. .
