In the 2010 bowling season, our club has 152 full (active) members),
4 Junior members, and 11 social members.
As part of a British Colombia-wide program to
interest young people (ages 8-18) in the sport of lawn bowling, a provincial Juniors Championship is organized each year by Bowls B.C. and a number of participating clubs.
In 2010, the 2-day event was hosted, for the fourth consecutive year, at the Tsawwassen
Lawn Bowling Club. More than 20 competitors enjoyed what was a very successful sporting and social success.
We are located in Tsawwassen, British Columbia,
on the north side of Winskill park, immediately west of an artificial-turf soccer field. Access by vehicle to the club is a bit tricky. From 56th Street (our main 'drag') go west on 12th Avenue
for 2 blocks to 54th Street. Turn left on 54th and proceed to the second road on your left. A sign there will include "Lawn Bowling Club'. Proceed to our parking lot.
New Members and Visitors are always welcome. Coaching help is available.
Annual fee for an active bowling member is $ 150

We believe that Lawn Bowling is a game of skill that can be played by all age groups, both by those with a keen interest in competition and those who just enjoy the exercise and social aspect of the game. We believe that the Tsawwassen Lawn Bowling Club is making a healthy, affordable, outdoor recreational and social activity, available to the community of which it continues to be an active member.
